DNS Filtering
- Dns filtering is a hosted service that give you the ability to filter DNS queries.
- DNS Queries is the Telephone book for the internet. As soon as you search for a webpage DNS Servers around the world check for the correct address from your request. This is known as a DNS Request.
- Those requests can be allowed or denied depending on your setup. Schools for example can block content not deemed correct or just disble social accounts like Facebook
- A more powerful feature would be blocking access to site known to be malicious. This is site known to be used by Hackers, Predators and sites known to be hosting Malware addware and Ransonware
